The hosts were extremely considerate and provided us with a variety of amenities such as bottles of beer, milk, coffee, tea, cereal. We were delighted to find a well-stocked bathroom with toiletries. One of the best aspects was the private and fully enclosed garden, perfect for our dog to roam around in. the location next to the Lakeside walk offered a peaceful setting for walks in the morning and evening.
There was a slight noise from a nearby wind turbine during the night, but it was beyond the control of the property. the WiFi on the TV was not the strongest, which was a minor inconvenience.

The location was ideal for exploring the beautiful Norfolk beaches. We easily found the property and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The WiFi on the TV was a bit spotty, but it didn't really affect our stay. Walking through the owners' garden to get to the annex was a little awkward at first, but we quickly got used to it.

We were warmly greeted by the host upon arrival, giving us a very positive start to our stay. The Annexe was impeccably clean and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful extras provided by the attentive host. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We were pleased to find that our dogs were also welcomed, and the enclosed garden was perfect for their enjoyment. Although we only stayed for a short time, we are already planning a longer return visit. we highly recommend this lovely retreat.
Although not a dealbreaker for us, it's worth noting that there isn't a pub within walking distance. However, a short car ride will provide plenty of options for dining and drinks.
